1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer and exporter specialized in bathroom faucets, kitchen faucets, wall-mounted concealed faucets, freestanding bathtub faucets and shower sets. We own complete production lines for mold development, brass casting, CNC processing, polishing, electroplating and strict quality inspection. All products are directly supplied from the factory with no middlemen.

2. Which markets do you mainly export to?

Our products are widely exported to global markets, including the United States, Canada, European countries, Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America. We are familiar with local market standards, certification requirements and popular styles for different regions.

3. Do you support OEM and ODM customization?

Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services. Custom logo, surface finish color, packaging design and new product development are all available according to customers’ drawings or market demands.

4. What is the material of your faucets and showers?

All our main bodies are made of high-quality brass. We adopt durable ceramic cartridges for smooth and long-term use. All finished products pass strict salt spray corrosion tests and water pressure leakage tests to ensure stable quality.

5. Do you have high-end concealed and freestanding faucet series?

Yes. We have a complete series of wall-mounted concealed basin faucets and freestanding bathtub faucets, which are widely used in high-end villa, hotel and engineering projects in Europe, the Middle East and North America.

6. What is your MOQ?

The MOQ for regular models is 200 pieces. We accept small trial orders for new customers to test the market.

7. Can I get samples before bulk order?

Sample orders are welcome. Buyers bear the sample cost and shipping freight. The sample fee can be deducted from your formal bulk order in the future.

8. How can I get the latest price and product catalog?

You can contact us through the website form or email. Please inform us of your target market, required product models and purchase quantity. We will send the full product catalog and detailed quotation within 24 hours.

9. Do you have international certification?

We have CE certification for European markets and cUPC certification for North American markets. All products comply with local import standards and can pass customs inspection smoothly.

10. Are all products tested before shipment?

Yes. Every faucet and shower accessory undergoes 100% water pressure leakage testing and appearance inspection before packaging and shipment.

11. What is your production lead time?

The production lead time is 20-25 working days after receiving the customer’s deposit.

12. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T payment. 30% deposit for production arrangement, and 70% balance payment before shipment.

13. What shipping methods do you offer?

We mainly use sea freight for bulk container orders. Air shipping and express delivery are available for sample orders. We also support delivering goods to designated warehouses in China.

14. What is your warranty policy?

We provide 5-year warranty for all our faucets and shower systems. Free replacement parts will be provided if there are quality problems within the warranty period.

15. How to solve product damage after receiving goods?

If products are damaged due to packaging problems during transportation, we will provide replacement or compensation in your next order after you provide valid damage photos and videos.

16. Can you provide technical documents?

Yes. We can provide product specification sheets, dimension drawings, installation manuals and certification files for all products to support your sales and local market declaration.
